Prior to delivery, clients want to ensure that their product is as intended and meets all the contractual requirements. For this reason it is necessary to conduct a Product Acceptance Test to ensure high quality and integrity of the product. We have made available our test reports so that you, our client, can see the top-notch quality of the products we carry.

We comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act, California’s Proposition 65, the Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSA) and Toxics in Packaging Prevention Act (TPPA). Our ethical and socially compliant factory ensures that our workers are never denied their fundamental rights, including no child labor, a safe environment and reasonable hours.

Capacity Report
Each bag is filled with a granular material to test its acclaimed capacity. This material simulates the usage of the product by a regular consumer. This test has as it’s goal, to ensure that each bag has indeed the capacity to carry the given amount material. The test is performed repeatedly in order to ensure a more solid result and eliminate outliers. After a set number of repetitions, the numbers are averaged and compared to the factories claims.
Dynamic Test
The bag is again filled with granular material, to test its acclaimed capacity when carrying certain weights. The material used simulates different weights in order to ensure the products durability during regular usage. The products are tested under different weight capacities, on a controlled environment in order to ensure better results. After a set number of repetitions, the numbers are averaged and compared to the factories claims.
Toxin Test
The bags are tested based on the US Model Toxics in Packaging Legislation. The product is analyzed to count its lead, cadmium, and mercury percentages. This test ensures that the product is within the safety guidelines and will not contaminate consumers.
